Delisha believes in the power of creating sound long lasting business brands for the creative mind. She helps merge the knowledge of business law coupled with the creative entity to create and protect your business structure, insuring its longevity and financial growth. Delisha diligently shows passion and consistency in advising my staff and I on the growth of The Teknique Agency. I would never choose a lawyer who didn’t have compassion and understanding for my company’s creative side. Delisha is a rare individual that has acknowledged the power of both her right and left brain, making her a powerhouse for being on the pulse of creating legacies lead by passion.

Zumic has been working with Delisha since the spring of 2012. In that time, we’ve made great progress laying our foundation as a start-up company and launching to the public. Delisha has been a more than competent lawyer, handling our corporate formation as well as reviewing and writing essential contracts. Talking things over with her is always helpful, and I have great confidence in her understanding of the law as well as her ability to grasp the specific situations that we are dealing with.
— Brad Bershad, CEO, Zumic
My company has been working with Delisha for nearly two years on a rather ‘out of the box’ structure for a film company. Not only does she possess the necessary legal knowledge to adequately advise our team on novel business concepts, but her positive thinking always leads to conversations regarding ‘how we can,’ instead of ‘why we can’t.’ An added bonus – she has the passion and ambition of a true entrepreneur. As a startup CEO eager to leverage resources, it’s good to know that she understands the unique challenges that come with that role and that she’s in it with me for the long haul.
— Tony Dunoyer, CEO, IncuBeta Films
One of the worst things that can happen to a new startup is wasting time and financial resources on a bad deal. I came to Delisha with a contract dispute involving the development of technology for my company. Throughout the process, she was able to educate me on the legal implications of various options while showing concern for my desired outcome. Not only did she negotiate the dissolution of that contract, but also helped me get back on track by providing counsel and representation on a new deal.
